1. Custom Pillow Design & Sales
Every bespoke pillow is manufactured to your unique physiological specifications. Since these are custom-fit medical-adjacent goods, we don't offer standard returns once the seal is broken. However, if the loft isn't quite right, we offer a one-time adjustment within the first 30 days of purchase.
2. Consulting Services
Our consulting focuses on ergonomic optimization and comfort. While our specialists bring over 12 years of structural sleep data to each session, our advice shouldn't replace medical diagnosis from a licensed physician. We're here to improve your sleep environment, not cure clinical pathologies.
3. E-commerce & Logistics
We ship nationwide from our New York studio. Once a custom design enters production, cancellations are subject to a 25% material fee. We believe this is fair given the specific textile sourcing required for your custom design.
